Here the framework is applied to your business, gathering information required to give you a clear picture of your current data state, uncovering potential gaps, and highlighting opportunities for enhancement.

A more mature data landscape is characterised by cross-functional harmony, where data is shared, integrated and strategically leveraged across different teams and functions. This approach is anchored around alignment with organisational strategy, operating model and execution should be a primary focus of the data transformation.

We offer two levels of support for this stage phase:
1. Access to our templates (including surveys, workshops and leadership reporting templates) and tailored training for your internal data governance team; or
2. Full-service consulting where we manage the assessment for you.
